Tainan North Outer Ring Road
Description
In order to alleviate the traffic congestion caused by the rapid development of Tainan Science Park, the Construction and Planning Agency of MOI plans to implement North Outer Ring Road four-phase project in Tainan.The outer ring road is expected to shorten commuting time from Anping to Tainan Science Park and form a new transportation corridor covering several industial and administrative dictricts.
