Joined in TCT group in 1997, Shiao inaugurated his artisan career from machine engineer to steel structure, bridge, quality control and site management programme manager. In 2011, Shiao began to assume the leading responsibility of the Steel Structure BU, orchestrating the team to participate in a number of major public constructions in Taiwan, which won TCT several national awrads in public constructions.

As a professional equipment engineer, Qiquan joined TCT in 1999, starting from a junior engineer to a seasoned manager in power plant equipment, steel structures and other major public projects which awarded with gold-medal recognition; later, Qiquan was promoted as VP of Equipment BU in 2020.
